Since January 2023, Lucas has played for Blauw-Zwart. Before that, he played in the youth series of STVV, where his father Peter Delorge was also active for many years. On 30 March 2025 Delorge made his first appearance for Club NXT U23, when he substituted in minute 77 in Eupen. On 7 April 2025 he scored the winning goal in the absolute final match against RFC Liège. It was also his first professional goal.
