Bjorn Meijer went through his training at FC Groningen, where he made his professional debut against PEC Zwolle on May 16, 2021. After 26 Eredivisie matches and a debut with the Dutch U19 team, Meijer signed a contract with Club Brugge in April 2022, tying him to the club until 2026.
