Over 500 Clubfans under the age of 13 drew the shirt of their dreams last month with 1 goal: to design the winning one that their Blue-Black heroes will play at least one match in next season. Out of 500 entries, 1 winner was finally chosen: the shirt of Clubfan Stien.
The five most creative entries took part in the grand finale at the Belfius Basecamp last week. There they presented their designs to the jury, which included Hans Vanaken and Club YLA player Saar Verdonck.
After long deliberation, Clubfan Stien's shirt with triangles was finally chosen. She explained her choice of design in great detail to the jury: "A triangle has three tops and Club Brugge is the top of Belgium. With a triangle there is also a corner off and I think everyone should be able to be who they want to be and support Club Brugge. The gold trim around the collar finishes the design stylishly. Club Brugge is golden."
To great applause, Stien received her design just before Club Brugge's kickoff against KRC Genk. This from the hands of none other than Noa Lang!
