Stan Naert is leaving Club NXT. The 18-year-old forward, who has played for Blauw-Zwart since 2020, will continue his career at KV Mechelen. Naert started playing soccer at the age of six at KVV Vosselaar. In 2017, he moved to Dessel Sport, where he continued to develop in the youth ranks. Three years later, in 2020, he joined Blauw-Zwart. At Club NXT, he progressed through the youth ranks. Last season, he played for Club NXT U18. During the 2024–2025 season, Naert was selected four times for the UEFA Youth League, where he was part of Club NXT’s U19 squad.
At the international level, Naert represented the Belgian national teams at the U16, U17, and U18 levels. With the U17 squad, he participated in the World Cup in Qatar, where he scored a goal in the match against Argentina.
