At the occasion of our home game against Sporting Charleroi on Saturday 22 November, fan group North Fanatics and the Club Brugge Foundation have joined forces to come up with a heart-warming event: “Bears for Bruges”.
Let it shower with warmth
Fan group North Fanatics & Club Brugge Foundation are calling to the entire Club family to bring a teddy bear or other cuddly on Saturday. Just after the countdown, as the players are manning the pitch, we want to shower the pitch with an impressive array of cuddlies.
All cuddlies will be offered a new lease on life and given to those children and families within the Bruges region who are going through a rough time. Together we can put a smile to the faces of hundreds of children.
How can you help?
- Bring a cuddly to the game on Saturday 22 November.
- Straight after the countdown, as the players are manning the pitch, throw your cuddly from the stands onto the pitch.
- Make sure your cuddly does not hold internal or external batteries or hard elements, allowing for a safe collection.
- North Fanatics and Club Brugge Foundation will be gathering all cuddlies.
A heart-warming message
All cuddly proceeds will be offered to MamaStart, an organisation located in Bruges aiming at helping young children's mothers or pregnant women who are gonig through a rough patch financially.
Our fans' cuddlies can bring some joy to many children living in harsh circumstances, particularly in this time of Saint Nicolas and Christmas.
